Nedko Solakov (28 December 1957) is a Bulgarian artist.
His work consists of Drawing, Painting, performance art and Installation art. He lives and works in Sofia.[1]
Biography
He graduated in mural painting from the National Academy of Arts, Sofia, in 1981.

In 1985 and 1986 he studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Antwerp).[2] He received several grants in the 1990s to produce artworks in Zürich, Vienna, Berlin, Stockholm and Kitakyushu.
His first solo exhibition was in 1981 in the gallery "Rakovski 108" in Sofia, and his first exhibition outside Bulgaria was in Villa Merkel in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany.
Between 1990 and 2010 Solakov participated regularly in important exhibitions, such as documenta 12 (2007) and Documenta (13), the Venice Biennale (1993, 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2007),
