James Packer made a rare appearance at Cannes Film Festival last week, but it was the woman on his arm who really sparked intrigue.  

The Australian billionaire, 56, walked the red carpet with his rumoured new girlfriend Renée Blythewood, a glamorous model and philanthropist from Nashville, Tennessee.

Her Instagram page shows a lifestyle of jetsetting opulence, with the socialite regularly sharing photos of herself modelling glitzy designer outfits around the world. 

Among the place she has recently visited include Tokyo, a French ski resort called Courchevel, Paris, Aspen and Argentina - where Packer keeps his polo ranch Ellerstina.

Renée is a single mother to 16-year-old son Levi, who she reportedly welcomed during a past relationship with a photographer.

While she has never spoken publicly about her love life, Renée is thought to have briefly dated American TV presenter Ryan Seacrest back in 2015.
